Show Initiative, LLC is a leading producer of specialized trade media. 

Founded in 2003 as Austin Game Initiative, Show Initiative initially focused on producing events for video game professionals, including the industry leading Austin Game Conference.

In October 2006 Austin Game Initiative successfully sold its portfolio of 10 game industry events and Austin Game Initiative brand to CMP Technology and changed its name to Show Initiative, LLC to better reflect the company's broader mission.

In November 2006 Show Initiative launched its Virtual Worlds Management division.
